Religious Education for Elementary School and Middle School

The mission of the Religious Education (RE) program is to partner with parents in the formation of their children's spiritual, emotional, social and religious education needs. The greatest gift we give our children is their Catholic heritage. Their ongoing growth in the knowledge of their faith and how to live it out is crucial in developing a life-long commitment to an active sacramental life. As such, children should participate in parish Religious Education classes from kindergarten through middle school.

The RE program for elementary and middle school is for all parish children not attending St. Eugene Catholic School. 2023-2024  classes are held weekly, mid-September through April on either Sunday mornings or Wednesday evenings, 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. in the school building. a) fill out the form in the browser and download the form as a PDF file to send as an attachment in an e-mail. Please send the completed form to [email protected]

OR

b) fill out the form in the browser, print the form, and then bring it in person to submit or mail it to St. Eugene c/o Judi Wilkinson - 2400 W. Hefner Rd, Oklahoma City, OK 73120.

If you have any issues filling out the form, you are welcome to stop by the office for assistance or to fill it out in person.

Payment will need to be made by TBD in one of the following ways:

• cash submitted in person OR
• a check made out to St. Eugene Catholic Church OR
